ApexBUILD is an easy-to-use asset management solution that saves time and money by promoting communication, transparency, and accountability on site.
The software is a state-of-the-art BIM technology to autogenerate a digital twin of your site. We provide the first ever service that links site plans and workflows to help visualise and monitor the reality of what is actually happening on site. Simply TAG an asset, SCAN the QR code with our ApexBUILD mobile app, and login to our web portal on any web browser to MONITOR a digital twin of the assets on site in real time.
ApexBUILD isn’t just an app that users can download or a web portal that users can log on to. It’s a collaborative effort that pushes the limits of what today’s BIM technology is capable of. We work with our clients to develop bespoke asset management solutions and implement those solutions on real projects. You’re Live! We’ll provide ongoing support for the duration of your project
You’ll get an alert every time an asset is scanned in a place that does not match its location in the CAD File helping you to verify the QUALITY and accuracy of install
ISSUES can be flagged and recorded for each individual asset

Install data for every asset will be recorded and accessed through autogenerated reports improving ACCOUNTABILITY
A unique identifier is assigned to the asset in form of a asset tag allowing you to uniquely identify the asset from all others.
A digital model is created of the physical asset and uploaded to the cloud. Information regarding its location, condition and status is updated via the ApexBUILD App.
A digital twin is stored of the asset in the cloud of its data history that can be viewed within our Web Portal.
